About Fluxki

Fluxki is a typing improvement tool available at fluxki.com. It analyses your keystrokes to identify the keys and patterns slowing you down, then provides a personalised daily plan to fix them. By accessing or using Fluxki, you agree to these terms.

Using Fluxki

You may use Fluxki for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the service's content or data without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Accounts

You can use Fluxki without an account. If you choose to sign in, you do so using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. You can use Fluxki without signing in — your data will be stored locally in your browser instead.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and functionality of Fluxki — including the assessment system, session engine, training course, and interface — is owned by Fluxki and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our written permission.

No warranty

Fluxki is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We do not guarantee that using Fluxki will improve your typing speed or accuracy by any specific amount.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxki and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Third-party services

Fluxki uses third-party services including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, and Google Analytics to operate. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Fluxki at any time without notice. We may also update these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Fluxki shall be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance.
